Breaks and too expensive - upgrade these LG

This is a really disappointing product I ordered one thinking cracking was a fluke but now ALL of my baskets are having the issue - plastic is too thin and brittle. Makes my fridge pretty useless and all of my condiments are cluttering the shelves. Please upgrade your product to handle mustard bottles - I hate to say that a nuisance like this will keep me from buying an LG fridge I have purchased 2 so far but it will.and we are generally happy with LG products TVs and fridges.

Our fridge door bins started cracking after only a year. 4 are broken in half now at 2 years old. I ordered replacements not covered under warranty and one of them arrived already cracked. Customer Service response to my emails has been zero. its been two weeks.

The original door bins cracked after less than one year two breaking completely in half unusable with shelf contents tumbling out onto the floor glass containers breaking. I ordered 4 replacements at nearly $40 each. One arrived with a crack already in it. I have reached out twice in a week to customer service with no response at all. I am disappointed and frustrated.

Perfect fit exact replacement. It was a bit odd in the purchase that two completely different official LG sites had this up for a different price. Same model number for the same refrigerator several dollar difference in price. It wasnt a huge amount less than $10 but just odd. We got the cheaper and it worked just fine. Perfect fit no installation required. Wife is happy

It was difficult to find what I needed on the website. That is my ONLY complaint. The bins were exactly what I needed cheaper than on Amazon and came fairly quickly.
