When I first reviewed the website I was searching for water filters I entered the refrigerator model number and it prompted me to the correct filter after going for checkout it suggested the air filters so I ordered the 3 pack of each I assumed when I entered the refrigerator model number it would provide the correct components required for that model number come to find out the air filters do not fit into my refrigerator waste of money for the air filters.

I had any problem using the app it froze and at the end they shipped the order twice. Customer service will not provide a label and required me to pay the shipping for a return order

Very bad experience. Could not remove cover to air no matter how hard I tried. I have a service call in for a technician to come out to do the replacement. I tried everything. Followed the instructions in the manual called customer service looked at the video that customer service sent. Nothing works. Cover will not budge.

Always by replacement filters from the manufacturerI know I know there are sites out there offering generic replacements made for appliances but before you buy them check to see if your warranty will be voided if theyre used and more than likely youll find reviews which indicate they dont fit perfectly they arent shipped promptly and they arent supported. If you make a large investment in a major appliance why scrimp on maintaining it properly so it can last for years increasing the return on your investment and I didnt receive any compensation of any type for my comments?

This is the second time we searched for located and ordered air filters for our refrigerator. Ordering was easy shipping took little time. We ordered a three filter package this time. It arrived quickly. Installing the new filter took some doing. The filter location back interior wall of the refrigerator is clear but the technique for removing the filter cover less so. It takes some effort to remove the cover without damaging it. Its not the simple twist indicated. Once the cover is removed however removing the old And installing the new filter is easy.

We love our LG washer and dryer. They are extremely quiet and the clothesline seem to get even cleaner than my washer I had last. I was always frustrated after washing something a looking the item over getting ready to throw in the dryer and find that a stain hadnt be removed completely out only to pretreat again and have to throw in the wash basket again Again. Im very happy with washer and dryer I am also very happy with my French door with refrigerator with 2 drawer freezer It is awesome and my husband loves it because it makes the perfect ice cubes for his favorite drink an old fashion

Dont waste your time using LGs website. Its one of the worst Ive ever used. I am a skilled navigator too. Once you give up on that and call them then your order will come very quickly and it will be correct. So if the website worked I would give them five stars. But that website just wastes your time. You cant find a place to put in a discount code. You cant find a price that matches what they sent me in the email. It is absolutely hopeless unless you call them on the phone.
