Have had this product for a little over a month. When I place the order for a new television I mentally went back and forth about stand or wall mount. Being a older single female I knew that I did not trust myself getting the wall mount installed correctly so I made the final decision to go with the stand and I am so glad that I did. I was able to put the stand together myself since it was easy to assemble. I was also able to get the stand attached to the TV with just some lifting assistance from my son. The stand is well thought out with hidden cable management in the support and leg - no wires everywhere. There is also a way to mount a cable box to the stand if needed.I guess if there is one downside it is that the stand does make the TV sit out from the wall roughtly two feet - the length of one of the support legs. It works fine where I have it installed but that is something to take into consideration when determining the location of the stand and TV.
