This gliding rack chips the porcelain off the oven every time I install and remove. There are no videos to show how to do it without scratching the oven. Im so irritated with this and just kept it out.

No install instructions for the Glide Rack?

1 star for the Glide Rack. I cant install my brand new Glide Rack that came with my LG Studio oven and there are no instructions anywhere even here on the LG page for this part specifically. At this point - I am unable to use this rack. I looked online for anything to help and there are no instructions not in the Manuel that came with it not on your website. Nowhere? I am in need of using this glide rack as I have a bad back and now I feel like I have been scammed.
