Worst Bottom Rack Design EVER - Dont Buy

This is the worst bottom rack that Ive ever used. My husband bought this sight unseen and its horrible. I could fit 2x more dishes bowls etc. in the bottom of my old dishwasher. I see that this is a constant complaint and its unfortunate that LG doesnt offer several different options for a bottom rack. Im going to try and modify my old one to use instead. Ive included a photo of the LG rack which I tried over and over again to load more efficiently and even read the manual but couldnt get anything else to fit because there are so few tines and all the bowls were falling over. I also included a photo of my old dishwasher rack which was loaded with tines and was so much more functional. The LG rack is missing all of the tines in the middle of the rack Its truly useless. Dont buy this or you will have to run your dishwasher twice as often. I wish I could send it back. As a side note I never leave reviews but this is so depressing. I hope people read this review and buy something else.

Bottom rack

I also do not like the collapsible bottom rack and do not put pots and pans or oversized bowls in dishwasher. Can get a bottom rack that does not collapse and will fit my LG ThinQ dishwasher. Bought a year ago. Is we you are getting asks for this. Any chance you can manufacture or obtain a better bottom rack?
