We bought this refrigerator in September of 2024. Very difficult to get it thru the front door. Loved it once it was all set up. Worked great for 2 months, then the ice maker stopped working. Service tech decided we needed a new fan in ice maker area, that part is on back order with no promise date, been without ice maker for 2 months. Now freezer temp is flashing ™€œHI™€. Was told they won™€™t do another service call until first one is complete. Very frustrated and disappointed!!!! If you call the customer service number for Frigidaire on the inside of the fridge, your call goes somewhere overseas and it™€™s very difficult to understand their English. Would LOVE to find a way to talk to someone from Frigidaire who actually cared whether or not the products they are working.

Our old GE Profile was on the fritz, so after reading about 10000 reviews, we chose this one from Costco. We absolutely love all of the room in the door compartments. The inside is bright and roomy and easy to customize with the shelves. The drawer in the freezer makes it easy to find what we need. The middle drawer is a great addition and perfect for reaching snacks and drinks from a wheelchair. And the whole thing is quiet as can be. I also love that it is magnetic!

I love my new Frigidaire refrigerator . It is such a great addition to my kitchen. It is so bright inside that I can see everything. My kids really love the middle slide out drawer for their snacks. I love it because I eat a lot of fresh produce and everything is right where I can see it, so nothing goes bad. The soft closing doors are very quiet. It fits everything perfectly and has such a great use of space. The adjustable shelving is great too. I never thought I would love this refrigerator so much, but I do!

Best Refrigerator I™€™ve Owned-An Upgrade From Samsung

I previously owned a $3000, French door with entertainment drawer, Samsung refrigerator. The outside of the Samsung refrigerator was beautiful and it definitely created a wow-factor in our kitchen. However, when you opened the Samsung, all of the interior drawers and shelves were made of cheap plastic. Items broke within the first year. We upgraded to the Frigidaire gallery, when we bought a new hose, and not only does it look better than the Samsung, it™€™s laid out better. The internal drawers and shelves on the Frigidaire are made of a very substantial thickness of plastic. Everything about this refrigerator is a smart and functional design. If you are the sort of person who likes organization, you are going to love this refrigerator. Although we have a cabin in the woods, when people walk into our kitchen they immediately see the refrigerator and feel compelled to open the doors. I love everything about this refrigerator. I highly recommend it and a few of our friends and family have already said they are going to buy one when it™€™s time to get a new refrigerator

Absolutely love our new fridge. The install team was also amazing. Fridge has plenty of space, is sleak, works well. The only reason I have deducted a star (and really would only deduct half a star if I could) is because the drawers are a tad hard to open. Once you pull the seal open they slide out easily, but the initial tug to unseal them is a little tougher than I'd like!

Great fridge! Things I like.Flex drawer, snack tray, veggie box really does keep things fresher longer.It's also a very good looking fridge. Things that could improve on.Water dispenser water comes out too close to the outside lip of your cup. If your not paying attention you will get water all over the place. The fridge doors need a little extra push to close. So if you are used to just used to grabbing something and giving a quick push and turn away it might not close shut. You need to give it a harder push or just look to ensure it closes. The fridge needs to get closed to within a few inches before it will want to close so you need to be sure to push it to at least that point. I would buy again and yes would recommend this fridge.

We love our new Frigidaire! We had a Samsung fridge that we loved but the icemaker stopped working and when we tried to have repaired, we found that it could only be repaired by a factory trained Samsung repairman. we are very pleased with our Frigidaire - when you close one of the doors or drawers, it will magnetically pull it completely closed for you. I should say it magically pulls them closed tight. I particularly like the water/ice dispenser on my Frigidaire.

The fridge is nice, outside of a delivery issue which resulted in some damage to the back of the unit. However, the installation detail sheet is laid out in a format that has 1, 2, 3 etc. these are not steps to install - but rather separate section numbers. I figured this out about half way thru the third ™€œstep™€ which was telling me to remove the doors - which made no sense but thought maybe there was a reason - perhaps something to connect ? Then I realized no this isn™€™t step 3, it™€™s actually just a different section - after I had the first door off™€¦. You need to rethink your install sheet, but outside of that the unit is fine.

The ice maker actually works, it has enough room for all of my refrigerated items plus a drawer that will hold 48 bottles of water. I just wish I had purchased a Frigidaire brand a long time ago in the first place. My next appliance that I am replacing is my dishwasher which is going to be a Frigidaire dishwasher.

We love our new 4-door French door fridge. The inside is so spacious and well-lit. The ice maker works well and the water is great. Our only complaints are the lack of flexibility of shelf moving in the fridge creating a rather narrow middle shelf and the 2/3 split door which take me a bit more force to close than our last 50/50 split door. These are minor and wouldn't deter me from purchasing again though.

Had a calorie set at my other house loved it, he started to get the same thing at this house, had problems with the range could not hold a temp, and serious problems with the refrigerator freezer had to put a new door on the panel side and then problems with the sensors four different repairmen nobody seem to be able to repair it. Our old refrigerator gave up the toast a few days before Christmas. We had verily little time to get a new one. We quickly went out and did fridge shopping. This one hands down was the better option and continues to show us what a great choice we made. The lighting comes up slowly when you open the door which is amazing to reduce the effect of instant light and my migraines. The inside is beautiful. The snack compartments are really helpful in keeping the little things tidy. The middle drawer is so nice for separating things. The water depended allows room for my big Stanley. The only time it™€™s noisy is when the ice machine is getting filled with water for the next bag of ice. That did take a minute to get used to as the rest is pretty quiet. The finish o. It looks really good I. The kitchen. It™€™s a bit darker grey than the rest of my appliances , which gave me pause but wow, it looks so good in the kitchen and you can™€™t really tell that there™€™s a difference. We are really happy with ti.

I have my refrigerator for less than a year, the stainless steel door "coating" or whatever is used, began to peel on the right door. It is now discolored, looks awful. I contacted Frigidaire and explained what has happened, I had my last refrigerator (not a Frigidaire) for 20 years with not one issue. They sent a third party vendor to my home who agreed that this is not something I could have done as the rest of the refrigerator is fine. That they should replace the door. Clearly this was a defect, which I didn't think would be in question. I heard back from the third party a couple of weeks later telling me that there is nothing that Frigidaire would do. I was shocked that Frigidaire had no solution, other than me replacing the door at my own expense. And this came from a third party. I never heard from Frigidaire again. I unfortunately will never recommend them and will share this review through out the internet including Home Depot, Loews etc.

The fridge we had with our house purchase quit working so we purchased all new appliances. We liked the features offered in this refrigerator and the reviews were excellent. So far it has been good. We have used it for a couple weeks. Time will tell if it stands up to the reputation. We have a small clicking noise that sounds like it is coming from the water or ice dispenser, but waiting to see if it works itself out in time before calling service.

We replaced our 20 year old refrigerator with the Frigidaire gallery. It is very spacious inside. Love the led lighting. It is very quiet.

I™€™ve had the refrigerator for a week now, we bought a new house and the house was full of Frigidaire appliances so we wanted them to match. So far we love the purchase we made and the options we have with it.
