I replaced a side by side merely to get more fridge space. I now have more space than I™€™ll ever use! I like the sleek front (without water/ice dispenser on the door). Water inside the door works great (no leaking like other reviews stated). I also like the smaller ice cubes. The interior lights could be good enough to land a plane! Lol. Only downfalls: the freezer would not be big enough if I had not had an upright deep freezer and the diving tray bin in the freezer does not glide well.

Love the top part of the refrigerator which is large and easily adjusts to multiple configurations. I™€™ve always had a side by side refrigerator so I don™€™t care for the freezer on the bottom where things get stacked on top of each other and you have to bend over to get anything but I™€™m sure I™€™ll get used to it. . Frigidaire doesn™€™t make a decent side by side anymore and this is my only negative comment. Overall, it™€™s a very attractive and very quiet refrigerator.

Arrived brand new with broken water line

The water supply line for the fridge arrived cracked and broken on brand new appliance. Fridge looks great cosmetically and we are pleased with the purchase; however, the fridge design requires the in-door water dispenser to have a 90degree turn for the water supply line which caused the line to crack. On a new appliance this should not be an issue. Frigidaire will cover the repairs but I am not thrilled with the build quality that this defect suggests.

The Fridge part is large with no loss of space on the Door for the ice maker. Wish I did not have to give up the door space on the inside for the water fill. The freezer is actually very small and you give up a lot of space to the ice maker further reducing the usable storage space. This unit is fairly deep.

Really happy with my purchase. Didn't do 5 stars because 2 things were a little off after instal. One door shelf cracked and the left door was lower than the right door. Had a repair man out 48 hours later and he lifted the door and ordered a new shelf! All is well now and very happy with fridge! Definitely would recommend, it measures same size as my last one, but feels so much larger!

I've only had the Fridigare for about a month and it is working very well. Problem is the lower shelves won't hook together and can't stay level because of that. Also getting the plastic wrap off without scratching the finish was easy to tune consuming.

The water dispenser started dripping after you stop the flow. It didn™€™t do that for the first few weeks, but the last few weeks it drips. A lot. Very disappointed.

Purchased at Lowes for a good price. Delivery went smoothly. Noticed that the "Frigidaire Gallery" sticker on top of right door was crooked. Then left side crisper drawer would not open easily because glass shelf above it would not seat properly. I had to put a 1/4" shim on right side of shelf to keep it from shifting. Then realized unit was not level even though floor was. Tried adjusting right front leg and was able to gain a small improvement. After checking with 2' square, I found that the entire cabinet was not square and that no adjustments would be able to correct the problem. This is a good-looking unit, but the build quality is very disappointing.

Overall we are pretty pleased with our purchase but the one mean sticking point at the adjustable feet are too short to properly adjust to the height necessary to make our refrigerator level. The doors as well as the entire fridge or not quite level. I do particularly like the option of the water maker, being on the inside other than cluttering up the clean lines at the exterior door.

Our first unit had Water dispenser issues - three tech visits and three months later - we were told there was an internal wiring issue and that they would replace our unit.The second unit came about a month later. It was working fine until the left-hand door "Flapper" would not operate properly. We called for service. Tech here the VERY NEXT DAY!. He adjusted the door hinges and all seems to be fine, again. There may be issues with your products, but, your tech service and techs are very good and responsive! Hopefully we won't need any more visits!

Not a good product !!!

Purchased the Frigidaire Gallery from Decker & Beebe in Canaan, Ct in late December. In March we noticed it was not making ice as normal and ice cream was soft. Decker & Beebe sent their technician out and he eas not able to determine the problem. They contacted Frigidaire and they gave them a company in Springfield, Ma for us to contact. Well, guess what, they don™€™t service this area. D&B has since tried to get your company to do something to help. Am tired of having to go down to our basement to make ice in our spare freezer. Also there is an alert that constantly goes off and we have to reset it. This is not good busy on your end. Really frustrated In Cannan ™€"-

We are quite pleased with our new refrigerator! We were sold on the interior lighting and capacity is wonderful. It is a step above other refrigerators at the same price point. The shelving and door storage are sturdy and again, a notch above the others. The ice cubes were a pleasant surprise™€¦while it took awhile to make a good amount of ice, we absolutely love the shape and size of the ice™€¦a perfect ice nugget! The water dispenser on the interior is a nice feature, however it does drip a little after dispensing. (It didn™€™t at first, so we will have it look into.). The exterior is indeed print proof and when the handles show some marks it cleans up easily. We love our new refrigerator!
