Our fridge was one included in the recall and although they came right out to put the part in, it still doesn™™t have the ice bucket/tray thing to catch the ice. The drawers and doors are cracked and I™™m just super not happy at all, sorry but you asked for my review.

Purchased the side by side door design, happy with the ability to easily access refrigerated and frozen items plus the fact the doors are narrow and take up less space when opened. Great for those that have limited floor space. The refrigerator is working well and has rollers on the bottom to easily move for cleaning.

I love the color and the size. The fridge has a lot of place to put your food. It even allows you to use some organization bins in there to. I love the smart features the sound it makes when door left/ open. It also tells you when the power goes out. I love the shape of the ice that™™s comes out. I gave it a four star because the fridge is loud when it™™s cycling. But other than that I love it

Refrigerator haven™™t work correctly since it was purchased in September. Contacted the company I was lied to that a repair company will come and the company told me that I was out the service area. The refrigerator don™™t make ice it™™s frozen and make noise.

We just replaced our refrigerator after 22 years of great service. We went with about the same model and couldn't be happier. This is a simple refrigerator and works great. The refrigerator is quiet and bright inside. I believe our electric bill has already started to go down!!

I purchased the refrigerator in September 2021 soon after the ice maker was recalled. I have had numerous complaints and the technician has come out several times. I still continue to have problems with the refrigerator running hot, ice melting, makes loud noises and beeps, all of these was to be fixed by the technician. I am very disappointed and feel robbed of $1200.

Hello, So far so good. It took a few days for the ice cube maker to fill the bin up. All is good now & it keeps the goods frozen & cool in each section of the refrigerator. Please send the forward the 2 year extended warranty documentation to our mailing address or email address.

I have owned this product less than 6 months and the repair company have been to my home 4 times and coming back for 5th time! This is real junk to put plainly! Your ice box side is either to warm or freezes your food! I have called Frigidaire and they say they can't do anything about it,to keep calling the repair company. Would never by anything made by this company ever again

The refrigerator is very nice looking from the outside. We purchased the black side-by-side and it is an attractive addition to the decor of our kitchen. I am having trouble regulating the temperature of the refrigerator by using the setting on the door. No matter which of the touch points I push, it will not change. I would like it to be on the middle setting, but it seems permanently set on the coldest point. I've tried it several times and the indicator will not move.I also with the interior had more lighting. The bottom part of the refrigerator is very dark.The freezer/ ice make/ water dispenser are working well.

We love our new fridge! Our old one was from 1990 and made it a long time. But this one is perfect from the adjustable shelves to ice and water dispenser in the door there isn't a detail that was missed. It's huge! So much space for anything you need to store.

The icemaker on this model is defective and under recall. The company will send a replacement and have a contractor come install it. I had mine replaced and after 4 weeks, the replacement broke, parts fell into ice bin and got stuck in the screw that moves the ice into the dispenser. When that got jammed, we realized the ice maker was broken again. Now, I am having to go thru the process of requesting another replacement and the system tells me my repair has already been completed. I'm going to keep trying, and as long as the icemaker keeps breaking, I will continue to request additional repairs. Unless of course, I end up in the group of approximately 200 consumers who have been injured by the pieces that fell into the bin, then, I suppose, I will redirect my efforts. The good news is, we have had no issues with the refrigerator.

This refrigerator fits in a smaller space provided within my condo. It looks great, has the features I need, and even has a crushed ice mode. I saw other reviews complaining that it was noisy. I do not find that to be a problem. Other reviews complain about the storage arrangement inside. Hey, it™™s not a 25 cubic meter fridge. The shelves and bins are perfectly fine. Before purchasing this one I accidentally ordered an an Amana that turned out to be too big. THAT one was loud™¦this one is much better

Inside light not as bright as could be. Could use more shelving in fridge, but freezer seems fine. Really like the water/ice options having their own dispensers. All in all, a pretty good fridge for the money.

Its taking some getting used to - doesn't go back as far old one so I need step stool to reach overhead cabinet - I didn't with last one. It is very nice looking. 1st time we had water & ice dispenser on outside.

This refrigerator looks great. The shelves are deep and I like the height between shelves. The freezer is a little on the small side but we will use our deep freeze instead. It seems to be running very often despite being on a warmer setting. The size of the ice cubes is perfect.

It looks good ,but there are few basic important drawbacks with my fridge.A door is not properly closed -the gasket is not sealed properly.As a result, you can feel the cold air when you get closer to the fridge.The other problem is it gives some absurd sounds from its compressor.Tgis is the second week ,already complained within 48 hours.They said to recall this it requires 3 visits to our home.

This refrigerator is depressing and is being replaced. There is one tiny lightbulb on the ceiling, and when the refrigerator is full, there is absolutely no light to see anything on the shelves or bins. Very dark and depressing. Getting a different one delivered today. I do not recommend.
