Thoroughly impressed is an understatement when it comes to Frigidaire's Purefresh Universal Air Filter. I've had a lingering odor in my refrigerator that lasted even after I washed it out with a hose pipe. But once I installed the Purefresh Universal Air Filter, 24 hours later, my nightmare was over. I've tried other refrigerator air filters, but none stepped up to the plate like Purefresh Filter. No more odors in my food, and no more embarrassment when guest open my fridge.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this product works. It takes up a lot less room than the traditional box of baking soda and seemed to work even better. I like opening the fridge and smelling absolutely nothing!

This PureFresh Universal Air Filter is an easy-to-use filter that you can place on the shelf or stick on the side of the refrigerator wall. So far it is removing the odor in the air. We'll see if this can last for 6 months.

I like how easy this is to use. Just peel the 2 sticky strips off the back and place it in the fridge (on a flat surface, of course). It has tabs that push in to remind one when to change it. I was a little skeptical, but it has actually kept the odors out of the fridge. The only thing I am not quite sure about yet is if it truly keeps smells away for 6 months. Overall, I am impressed.

I really like that I can open my fridge and it not have bad odors. It was easy to install and I like the size because it'll fit anywhere in the fridge. I will definitely be keeping these in my fridge.

Since I've put this in our refrigerator, I haven't noticed any weird smells. When I open it, there are no mix of different odors, just fresh. I really like it. The only downside is I put it up and then tried to move it and it wouldn't stick anywhere. Had to put in on one of the shelves.

This item looks good in the fridge and the option to either mount it or not is nice. I decided not to mount it so it™™s easier to change for the new one. Anyway, it smells a lot fresher in my fridge nowadays!

I usually use a box of baking soda to alleviate odors in the fridge. I'm never quite sure if it is working, and it frequently gets spilled no matter where I put it. This PureFresh filter attaches to the back wall, is small and contained, and is definitely working on the odors. I had an onion and garlic dish in the fridge, and I can not smell it when I open the door. I will definitely get more of these!

Thanks to TryIt Sampling Program, I received this Frigidaire PureFresh Refrigerator Air Filter in exchange for my honest review. Before trying this, I can't say that I used any sort of air purification in my fridge at all, but now that I've experienced this luxury, I can't imagine my fridge without it. It's so simple to install, absorbs stinky smells and undesirable odors, and its 20x more effective than baking soda. I love that it actually has easy mounting ability, it's small and discreet and really I hardly ever notice it. I am very pleased with this product.

I am a person who kept a box of baking soda in the fridge. It is what I was taught growing up. This is so much more discreet and out of the way. I love that it doesn™™t take up room and it works just like the othr method.

This air filter is compact, and can be placed anywhere in the fridge, or be mounted on the inner walls using the adhesive on the back. It's also long-lasting - it only requires replacement every 6 months. My fridge smells fresh now.

I bought this product around 3 weeks ago to replace the regular ones we use for the refrigerador and i never thought that it could be something better and that works , is very easy to use and it keeps the fridge clear of bad odors , is something that i will recommend to everyone.

I have been using it for 10 days so far. The smell of the fridge is much better but don™™t see any changes to keep the veggies or fruits fresh. It™™s easy to install, just peel off the sticky covers and stick to anywhere in the fridge. It™™s nice to have to reduce the odor in the fridge.

This air filter sticks to the side of your refrigerator wall making it universal for any brand refrigerator. No more being monopolized into buying your refrigerator brands replacement parts. Plus, this takes the place of an open box of baking soda - that never seems to quite work and always cakes up. The air filter lasts 6 months and has an area to mark the month of when it was installed.

I can report that I don't have any odors from inside of my fridge. I can usually detect some kind of odor. But taking one day at a time, I am satisfied with this product and would certainly recommend it. Pretty simple to keep track by pushing open the holes and removing the strip to tack on the side.

I've had my filter in the refrigerator for about a week now. I haven't noticed any food smells since it's been in my refrigerator. It's so small and discreet, I forget it's in there. I think it's cool it has the option to mount it inside the fridge. Worth a try.

I bought this a month ago and I am so pleased! It sticks to the side of the fridge and is out of the way but yet it helps to keep your fridge clean and smelling good. In my opinion it™™s a must have I highly recommend it!

This charcoal based air filter works great for all brands of refrigerator. It is easy to use. Just punch out the installation month, peel out the cover of adhesive and place the filter in the fridge. It keeps the fridge smelling fresh for about 6 months.I have never used baking soda for my fridge but, the company claims that the product is 20 times more effective than baking soda.Overall it works great to eliminates odors, and is very convenient.

I have a large fridge that holds a lot of food. This was exactly what I needed to keep my fridge smelling fresh. It lasted a long time. I was impressed that it kept out the normal fridge odors that come from keeping leftover and other items in your fridge. Highly recommend.

I have been the type of person placing a baking soda container in my fridge for bad smells, however I was not sure how often it needed to be replaced, the container did take space and was not truly happy when I had to move it around in order to store my items. The Frigidaire pure fresh container-universal air filter is easy breezy, you are able to mount the filter problem solved you don't have to move it around, also the quality is so much better you are able to make a little dent to know when the filter was placed and you do not have to worry about it when it has to be changed since its good for 6 months. I highly recommend it my fridge smells great and I think it has preserved my produce better. It comes with easy to follow instructions and the instructions are in English, Spanish and French. Great product.

In all fairness, we keep our fridge pretty clean, so the air filter doesn™™t have the hardest of jobs in our house. But the fridge does seem to have less odor. Always used baking soda before, but this seems to work even better. Also, it sticks on the side of fridge and can™™t spill like baking soda can. Has a six month shelf life, which would be better than baking soda so that is a plus. All in all it does the job!

This product was very Easy to install. This looks like it came with the fridge. My wife couldn™™t even tell where it was. The long term test will let us know if it works well, but I don™™t see any reason why not.

I finally got around to updating my refridgerator air filter after about a year - way overdue! I used this Frigidaire air filter on my Whirlpool french door fridge and so far it seems to be working great. Easy to install and leaves my fridge smelling clean.

Works good so far. Small enough that you don't really notice it and you have the option to stick it to the inside of the fridge. Directions say to change the filer every 6 months. You can keep track of when to replace the filter by punching in the correct month with a pen.

I like that I can place this in any fridge in any spot. It is small and sleek in design, so it will not stand out or be an eyesore, and it takes up much less room than my usual box of baking soda. The air filter is designed so it can be set anywhere in the fridge or mounted using the adhesive strips on the back, which let air move through the filter. The punch tabs on the side to remind me which month I started the filter use are genius! I can easily look at those tabs to see when I need to replace the filter. I set the filter on a shelf in the middle of my fridge, and so far, it seems to be working. I do wish there were options to buy refills for the same filter rather than having to replace the whole unit every 6 months.

This is a great alternative to a box of baking soda. Takes up little to no space, is easy to install and helps keep my fridge smelling fresh and food tasting the way it should, as it's not absorbing other orders. I will be adding one of these to my camper for the upcoming season. We love it!!!

I really like this fridge air filter, it was extremely easy to install. I really like the built in date reminder. Our fridge has the typical air filter in the back but this one is nice to place in a drawer.

Great filter and at a great price. Will literally sit anywhere and stays put. Starts working quick in about 15 to 20 minutes. Doesn't have an overpowering scent and seems to last as long as various similar products.

i was surprise that they made a air filter like this for the refrigerator i use mine in my crisp were i keep my onion and potatoes and after two days the smell of the onion was not noticeable it had a fresh smell now i moved it to the inside of the frig for the whole thing to smell fresh

Got this a while ago since I use a lot of fresh veggies and store them in my fridge it helps knock out the super strong odors some can leave behind making everything else taste off. So I definitely am a fan of this product.
